Join me for a hybrid, healing yoga class to balance your Yin and Yang energies and restore a feeling of vibrance and health! The heating practice of Vinyasa allows the flow of breath to synchronize with movement, opens the subtle body channels, and creates strength and flexibility in the muscles. The cooling practice of Yin holds postures for long periods in a meditative state to hydrate connective tissue around the joints and calm the nervous system.
