Brima Jah, E-RYT 500
Brima came to yoga wanting to learn how to stand on his hands. Inspiring to him is that yoga has had less to do with handstands and more to do with realizing how the very things we want...what we desire...can often be what keeps us from freedom. He is turned on by how steady, or otherwise consistent, yoga practice can give us whatever we may need to be freed from our desires and led towards our fullest potential physically, mentally or spiritually.
Always remembering that yoga is for everybody - as well as every Body - is a foundation from which Brima strives to share his practice. His classes offer a balance of safety and challenge, a space for playfulness and exploration, and are infused with the wisdom of Bhakti (devotional) yoga brought to life through his soulful mantra chanting and storytelling.
Robin Wilner, E-RYT 500
Robin loves that yoga is a form of personal expression fusing movement with breath, mantra with devotion, and philosophy with spirituality. Formerly a professional Broadway performer, she danced her way to the mat while living and working in NYC and found that yoga kept her body, mind and spirit healthy amidst the challenges of a demanding lifestyle.
Robin mixes her passion for creative movement, mudras, and chanting with her vast knowledge of alignment into all her teachings. She believes that human potential is infinite and that the path to joy starts with mindfulness and self-transformation. Known for her inspiring sequences, sense of humor, and juicy hands-on assists, Robin strives to guide students through a rich, heartfelt experience that maximizes their potential and reflects their own inner radiance.
