Robin's positive spirit and compassion permeates the room and her energy really speaks to your soul. I knew she would be a teacher I would continuously come back to for her beautiful voice, stories and inspiration. Over only a few interactions, she quickly has become someone who I don't think I can live without! She's great at articulating how to transition in and out of asanas and creates flowy vinyasa sequences that speak to the goddess in me! Robin is a fantastic teacher that takes a holistic approach to her teachings. She is very knowledgable about the body given her extensive dance and yoga experience, and this feeds into her classes with creative sequencing and an upbeat energy that keeps the room moving. I've learned how to safely explore new advanced poses and also new approaches to the 'same old' poses; she keeps yoga fresh and new while incorporating the philosophy, which is not easy to do. I truly trust Robin's experience and teaching skill set, and she's a joy to be around :)
